As a response of the many unsatisfied American customers from the services of Delta in India, they have made the decision to move their call centers from India, back to the USA.
Delta employed about 4 500 call center workers in the United States after stopping forwarding calls to India and is planning to move the function back in the USA, in order to improve the customer service.
The carrier will continue to serve its clients and maintain the call centers in Jamaica and South Africa.
